GizmoKyla: Hi Cornish Knockers,

This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as one that may need attention.

We notice that no action has been taken by the owner to correct the issue, could the owner please check this cache and give an indication of when it may be sorted out.

If there is no response to this log after 30 days we will archive the cache.

In the meantime we are disabling it.

Guidelines:

  • You are responsible for occasional visits to your cache to ensure it is in proper working order, especially when someone reports a problem with the cache (missing, damaged, wet, etc.) or posts a Needs Maintenance log. Temporarily disable your cache to let others know not to search for it until you have addressed the problem.

You are permitted a reasonable amount of time --generally, up to 4 weeks – in which to check on your cache.
If a cache is not being maintained, or has been temporarily disabled for an unreasonable length of time, we may archive the listing.

Could the cache owner please place a note on the cache page so that we and other cachers can see what your intentions are.

After you maintained your cache, enable your cache page and post an “Owner Maintenance” log.

Please DO NOT send an email about this cache in case we don't receive it. Posting a note will ensure your cache does not get archived in error.

Regards

Dave & Dawn

Geocache Description:

We decided to have a break from our 'Across the Fields' series and had this spot in mind for sometime.

It is a beautiful place, a little off the beaten track and to get there you need to be prepared for roads that have grass growing up the middle!

The bridge is actually called 'Ashford Bridge', but the woods nearby are called 'Follycoombe Woods' and so we have always known this place as 'The Folly'!

Years ago we can recall walking along the river in both directions, but unfortunately today these walks do not appear to be accessible to the public! Sorry about that!

The cache itself is a plastic container, with room for swaps, travel bugs and coins. It has a log book and pen.

Please make sure that the box remains well hidden with the stones when you leave, as muggles do seem to pass quite close!

There is quite a bit of tree cover, so please take into consideration!

Congratulations to Westremabedasher on FTF!
