DAWDLE DOWN TO DRAYTON (and back)!!
This is another series in very much the same vain as our nearby Belbroughton Bimble series.
A circular walk of approximately 5.5 miles, and half way round there is a pub you can call in at for some light refreshments should you so wish!!
Good Parking is available at any time at Harvington Hall or Church for this circular - see DDD1 for details
There are a few quiet lanes to walk along and one short stretch of busy road so please be careful with geokids, but the majority of it is along public footpaths so an O.S map would be helpful.
Please rehide all caches in accordance with the clue as well as found if not better.Where there is no clue - help is in the title.
Funny story - after 'sussing' out the area for the hides, we came back to place one here only to find a gentleman cleaning the 'Title'....."oh no", we thought, "what shall we do?". Anyway, we passed pleasantries with the chap and once he said he had adopted the 'Title' we decided to tell him what we were up to and ask his permission.
Turns out he has done a few geocaches himself in the past!! Small World.
Anyway, he has adopted the 'Title' as it is now de-commisioned and needs to raise a few pounds to restore it to its former glory, so for any soft hearted geocachers, there will be a collection box at The Robin Hood where all funds will go towards replacing the glass and fixing the door (currently it doesnt open properly, so please dont open it).
Also, he has said he will mention about our cache to the people who live in the nearby house, so that they dont get suspicious when a few people start taking an interest!!
