Go to the published coords and park there. Follow the arrow to "Cedar City". You will walk about 500-600 feet and will find the cache at N37 19.673 and W113 17.103 It is held in place by a magnet and is a typical hide.
I must laugh when signs are really done poorly. This one instructs you to go down the OFF ramp against the traffic. Yikes!
I am thinking someone at UDOT should be looking for a job.
