We have been Geocaching for over a year now and have really enjoyed it. We've traveled nearly coast to coast, Geocaching along the way. We've noticed in our local area that a nice stretch of Bike Trail is without any caches. Please bring your own writing instrument. This series of caches is to honor all Veterans and those still serving who defend our country.
A Big Salute to all of you and a much needed thanks.

Everyone goes in the end,
so why not now?
They say its not patriotic,
I want to know how.
As I stand here on the battlefield alone,
all I can think about is going home.
My feet are heavy, my mouth is dry,
I feel so sick I start to cry.
I think of all the people I killed,
I wonder if it was at there own will.
Did they think what they were doing was right,
did they give up or go out with a fight?
The pride of my people is what I need to earn,
but the heat of this machine gun is starting to burn.
So if I die here in this hell hole,
tell my children I died a hero.
