Denne cachen ligger ved demningen på Tyin, på fylkesgrensen mellom Oppland og Sogn og Fjordane, ved riksveg 53. / This cache is located close to the Tyin dam, on the border of Oppland and Sogn og Fjordande, close to route 53.

"Tollboden" har fått navnet sitt på grunn av en lek fruen og jentene hadde når jentene var små. Det hadde seg nemlig slik at de "smuglet" Hansa champagnebrus over fjellet fra "O store vestland" til Valdres. På grensa holdt jentene utkikk etter tollere.
Egentlig er det selvfølgelig ingen tollbod her, men en demning.
Du kan kjøre nesten helt fram til cachen.

The cache is named "Tollboden" (customs point) because of a game the wife and the girls used to play when the girls were younger. They "smuggled" Hansa Champagne soda from the west to Valdres, and on the border between Oppland and Sogn og Fjorande, the girls were on lookout for customs officers.
Of course, there is no curstoms point here, but there is a dam.
This is a drive-in cache.
