When I was growing up, I would spend every Saturday morning trying to replace the numbers in these types of codes with Xs and slashes. A dash was never good.

The 35mm canister is at N 38° A.B W 121° C.D, where A and C are two-digit numbers, and B and D are three-digit numbers. From the final location, there are great views of Sacramento in the distance.
