Lets
Make A Deal: This game will be similar to the old 1970's game
show minus Monty Hall, curtains and livestock! For those that do
not know this game show (born in the 80s or later),the master of
ceremonies will be asking the attendees of the event to produce
various items which will be geocaching related. The first person
who can produce the item will have a choice of winning a concealed
prize OR take a chance in trading up for another concealed prize
which may be a trade down! So, if you want to participate in this
game, you will want to bring your geocaching paraphernalia. No need
to dress up in a costume unless you really want to. I will
also be looking for a volunteer to assist me in this game. I will
need a "Jay" to help out. I am giving Fozroc credit for this idea
for a game at an event.
If anyone
wants to donate some items to raffle, please email me with the
items to raffle. I will update the items to raffled via an event
announcement. At this point, I will have WSGA logo'd items, a 2010
WSGA coin and (2) 2011 WSGA coins, some lanyards, a WSGA cap, a
Geocaching trackable name badge, a 2010 Lackey Coin, and various
cache related items.
This
event is open to all cachers regardless of whether you are a WSGA
member or not. IF you are not a member and are interested in
joining the organization, please see your host (mc3cats) and I will
get you additional information about the organization and assist
you with signing up.
When
posting your "will attend" log, please indicate the number of folks
in your party.
Thanks
and I look forward to seeing folks there!
This event is sponsored by the Puget Sound Chapter of the
Washington State Geocaching Association. If you are a geocacher in
the state of Washington, please consider joining WSGA. See the
WSGA website for details. |
