He has made it back alive, and this cache is a way to surprise him. Mrs. F loved the idea and said go for it.
There is no reason to enter the property as it can be accessed from the county right-of-way. Just sign the log and wave if he is nearby.
If you haven't met him yet, you will....on a late night FTF run, he will have been there and gone.
