Cult Kids
TV
This is a non-continuous series of caches all based around Cult Kids TV programmes. They will come from any period of television and some will be well known, others less so. The intention is to provide a range of caching locations, containers and level of challenge. The series will be added to over time…so watch this space!
Willo-The-Wisp was an animated series made in 1981 which tells the story of the folk of Doyley Woods, a real beech woodland near the Oxfordshire home of the creator, Nick Spargo. It was voiced by Kenneth Williams, of whom the title character is actually a caricature. Willo-The Wisp was joined among others by Arthur the caterpillar, Mavis Cruet the fairy too heavy to fly and the brilliant Evil Edna, a grumpy witch in the form of an old TV set.
A second series was directed in 2005 by Nick Fargo’s daughter, Bobbie and voiced by James Dreyfus.
