Master Xehanort is THE villain for the Kingdom Hearts series. He orchestrates the entire plot of Birth By Sleep, manipulating all of the characters in ways that make Emperor Palpatine seem like a nice guy. He's the origin of Xehanort, and therefore, the origin of Ansem, Seeker of Darkness and Xemnas. He even gave Maleficent the idea for her evil quest. He's just that evil.
