Geocache Description:

This CITO event is to bring cachers and other members of the community together as part of the 26th Annual International Coastal Cleanup. Join us on Saturday, September 17th, from 10 a.m.—12 p.m., in our effort to keep the water clean in the Wilson Park Stream. By picking up trash and recording what's found, participants will contribute to research used to promote future conservation of our streams, rivers, and oceans. Meet at the gravel parking lot next to the restrooms (see coords). Trash bags and gloves will be provided (but feel free to bring your own, especially for children, as the provided gloves are adult-size). For more information about the International Coastal Cleanup or to find other cleanups, go to: www.signuptocleanup.org.

Note that there are several caches in and around this very scenic little park. Please join us!
