Geocache Description:

Magnetic nano

This is the first in a series of 14 caches that can be found on a 4.5mile circular walk. In fact ,between WW#3 and WW#6 there is even a ‘ridge walk’ with splendid views to the north (altitude sickness will not be a problem).

Some of the paths can get rather muddy in winter, so stout boots would be required then.

Wennington is a very picturesque village with its own duckpond (drive carefully – watchout for kamikaze ducks) and not much else, but that’s why I like it.

I have included in the attributes that it can be done on horseback but there is one small section of footpath between 2 hedges where that would not be possible, you can however just ride on out of Wennington a little way the turn left onto the bridlepath.
