I 7 PEI Series Mystery Cache
Olewaif: It is certainly with a heavy heart that I archive the caches of this series..my personal favorites of all my hides ! Still, no one was interested in adopting ( can't blame em ) , and they all must go so there is now a very nice road area not far from town clear of geocaches . Life goes on. All cache containers were retrieved .

Cache containers in this series are all camoed pill bottles hanging on hooks on back of trees. Height is from 3- 6' up.
None of the coordinates shown are in any ways correct for finding the caches. They simply make the pattern I wanted in the water.
This puzzle cache series takes us on a tour of the 37 premiers of PEI ( plus a couple other people ) . You need to access the information page on the PEI provincial government site for each premier to obtain the numbers you need to fit in the formula to get the correct coordinates for each cache.

KEITH MILLIGAN WAS BORN on February 8, 1ABC, in Inverness, PEI, the son of Charles and Reby Milligan. He was educated at Inverness District School, O'Leary Regional High School and the University of PEI, where he obtained Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education degrees.
He was first elected to the Legislative Assembly of PEI in a by-election on February 2, 1981, and was re-elected in the general elections of 1982, 1986, 1989, 1993 and 1996. He served as interim Leader of the Opposition and Critic for Education. In 1986 he was appointed Minister of Health and Social Services and Minister Responsible for the Hospital and Health Services Commission. In 1989, Mr. Milligan was appointed Minister of Agriculture. In 1993 he was appointed Minister of Education and Human Resources and in 1994 he was appointed Minister of Transportation and Public Works. In 1DEF, he became Premier of PEI.
He is an elk farmer and former silver fox rancher. He has previously been employed as a teacher with the Unit 1 School board and Regional Director of the West Prince Services Centre. He has been vice-president of the Tyne Valley Community Oyster Festival, a member of the West Prince Community Advisory Board, the Canadian National Fur Breeders' Association, the PEI Fur Breeders' Association, the Tyne Valley Fireman's Club and the Tyne Valley Community Sports Centre.
He is married to the former Deborah Foley and they reside in Tyne Valley. They have three children - Charles Christian, Olivia and Dustin.
