This cache is at a place where as a kid I spent a lot of time and as an adult my whole family spends a lot of time. Shouldn't be too difficult, kids might have a hard time opening container but other than that pretty easy.
Watch for muggles, especially during summer. People in the immediate area are aware of the cache & will not bother you. They will be happy to help if you have difficulties though.
I should add also that the 3 canines around are all trackable. If the Silver Terraza van is here.. it is trackable too!
