Geocache Description:

Obviously, there’s nothing at the posted coordinates apart from sea. This is a puzzle to have on hand if the weather turns bad. If you’re a Scillonian or a regular visitor then you may have heard of all of these places but if not then you will need a map.

We have a new Rebus cache to replace this one. We'll confirm solutions to this puzzle if anyone wants to try it for fun. GC4JP89

The cache is located at N 49 AB.CDE W 006 FG.HIJ

To fill in the blanks you must work out to which ten Scillonian locations the ten picture clues refer. Then you need to do a little bit of maths: in all cases, let a=1, b=2, …, z=26. So, in the example, 4th minus 8th letter would give 25-5=20.

Please note that the final location can be reached without crossing any private gardens. Also, there is a route to the cache that does not involve any vertical climbing. That said, this cache should not be retrieved by unaccompanied children (or those of an unbalanced disposition) as there are reasonably high, steep drops near to its location.

***IMPORTANT*** Please be as gentle as possible with the container when unscrewing and rescrewing it. If it breaks then please let us know. Since the original container went missing this is now a regular micro.
