4.23. Unarchiving a Geocache

The archiving of a geocache is intended to be a permanent status. That is why only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ staff have the capability to unarchive it. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if it meets the current Geocache Listing Guidelines.

If a geocache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance it will not be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

This cache is designed as a family affair. A 1L plastic container with log and pencil, lots of swaps for family fun, GeoKids especially and this is a GeoDog area and beach. A short distance off an easy access path. No need to bash thro’ heavy bush.
If you go from the parking area (recommended) there are a few steps to climb

If you park at S32.00.984
E115.45.104
It is a very interesting 250M walk over a boardwalk, well defined and fenced sandy path onto paved and bike/walking paths ( some steps to negotiate).Lots of history to explore. However there is a longer way around (less interesting) along regular cycle paths closer to the road.
Steep steps will take you down to the dog beach (a bit rocky at this time of the year, August, but usually lovely and sandy in summer)
Kids and mums and dads might like to explore “Haunted Hollow”(my name for it) on your way at S32.00.881, E115,45.140. There is a bench seat here. ( this is not the cache hide, just an interesting place to explore)
.
Congrats Chwiliwr for a *FTF* again!!! I had to copy and paste you moniker cos I notice how others (me included) can't spell it let alone pronounce it. Love ya!!!
