Geocache Description:

The cache is a MAIT, camo'd medication container with a log book only, so it is a BYOP.

The coordinates lead you to a nice dog park in lakeview village. It is at the edge of the park near the pathway. The cache is only a bit off the path.

This is the second "letter cache" after M's cache, so similarly you can decode the following to figure out the actual title: LVEEI DONFN CEAIJ RSRDC MOAKD CWAHP.

This is a much more difficult code than M's cache, so I'll give you two hints, Locomotive barrier, and the number 10. Hope you can fiqure this out! Have fun, and be safe! Please Replace the cache EXACTLY how it was when you found it, or else it is way too easy to find! Thanks!
