This cache is located up a very short but steep slope. Parking is very convenient to this cache, and the walk is less than 20m into bushland. Not for the disabled or injured, but anyone else could manage easily.
It is a 180ml Decor babyfood container, cunningly disguised, so small swag only.
Lake Moondarra is a spectacular, man made reservoir that provides Mount Isa with recreation and drinking water.
Facilities include canoe and water ski clubs, a park/playground with cooking facilities, and magnificent views.
There is a charming short walk called "Wallaby Walk" just inside the entrance to the park, well worth doing. It is only 800m return.
The cache contains a waterproof paper logbook, pencil, home made pathtag and a carabiner-compass.
Your smartphone will probably not have any sort of useful reception here, so a GPS device is probably the best bet.
