Geocache Description:


The Craigs Ridge Multi-Use Path (aka Maidenbower Path) was opened in April 2010 and provides a cycle and walking link between the Crichton University Campus and the Georgetown/Calside area of Dumfries.

The cache is situated at the western end of the Maidenbower Path.

The terrain is gently rising on a metalled cycle route and should be accessible by most. If travelling by car it is advisable to park in one of the many free car parks on the Crichton site (follow signs to Crichton University Campus). The cache contains a small log and pencil, with a badge for FTF.
