Geocache Description:

Take a hike on the Laurel Mountain Trail in Pisgah National Forest

This is the first in a series of three caches all related to The Lord of the Rings. If you use the listed coordinates to park your car the total hike and/or bike for all three will be about seven miles. If you just want to find this cache then the RT distance is less than two miles.

This used to be my TFOTR puzzle cache, but with only five finds in four years and NONE since September 2007 I decided to convert them to traditional caches. You are looking for a small Lock&Lock container hidden not far off of the trail. Enjoy the trail!
