Desde el lugar donde se deja el coche hasta el lago hay 1 1/2 h de subida. Merece la pena, el paisaje es fantástico. Al final del lago y un poco por encima está la cabaña del pastor. En esta cabaña durmió, con el pastor de Senet, el Premio Nobel de Literatura Camilo José Cela. Si después os dais una vuelta por el pueblecito de Senet, con un poco de suerte podréis ver a Antonio el pastor, tallando madera a la puerta de su casa y podréis oír la historia de sus propios labios.
El geocaché está resguardado en una oquedad de una de las piedras entre las que se encuentra la cabaña.
