Welcome to the falls that gives Mechanic Falls its name. Imagine yourself at this site many years ago - the hustle and bustle of a working mill was all around. Now, take a look at the falls and block out all the development around you. It's downright bucolic. Fly fishermen sometimes do their thing at the foot of the falls.

NOTE: Read the logs - not on or in the metal box - DON'T TOUCH IT!
