There is a parking spot just south of the cache. Look for the trail (its a vertical climb otherwise) at 45 degrees, 48.330 N 82 degrees, 13.215 W.
Wear good shoes.
The cache is a peanut butter container with a camo lid. The original contents include bobbers, jigs, a ball bearing, and some Manitoulin Island souvenirs (including a fossil).
