"Griesem" is the nickname for a small town in Germany named "Griesheim". That is, where we and 26 998 other people live. The exact coordinates of this lovely place are N 49° 51.700 E 008° 34.000. The exact distance to where we live is 3512 miles / 5653 Km . So it is really far away....
The reason for installing this cache was our last 3 week holiday-trip in Newengland for sightseeing and caching.
