Wizard of Ooze: I see that the cache location is gone and major construction is underway. As reviewers are expected to hold a location for temporary construction-related disruption for a maximum of one year at the most, I'm going to go ahead and archive this cache as the location is gone, major construction is underway, and any relocation of the cache in the area would constitute a completely different cache.
Qwackers, you are welcome to submit a new cache in the same general area now if you can find a spot that's available and out of the construction zone, or submit a new cache in the same area as this one being archived once the area has been restored and is reopened to the public.
