(ITA) TB HOTEL “Alle porte di Roma”

La cache si trova in un punto “nevralgico”, considerato il grande flusso di turisti che per tutto l’anno passano sull'A1 in direzione di Roma. Si tratta di un contenitore sufficientemente grande per contenere GeoCoins e TravelBugs in discreta quantità. Del resto la cache è concepita principalmente per questo... scambio e movimentazione di trackables. Mi raccomando richiudete bene il contenitore dopo la visita...

La location in sé non è niente di particolare, ma si trova a pochi chilometri dalla barriera autostradale di Roma Nord ed a una passeggiata da alcuni hotel della zona di solito frequentati da turisti e pellegrini in visita alla Città eterna. Essendo in una zona industriale, i momenti migliori per una caccia tranquilla sono il weekend e le ore serali. Inoltre nelle vicinanze sono presenti due siti archeologici di una certa importanza (Lucus Feroniae e Villa dei Volusii, quest’ultima all’interno dell’area di servizio “Feronia ovest” in direzione Roma).

Dotazione iniziale della cache: logbook, penna, un TB, un Geocoin (per iniziare...), alcuni oggetti da scambio, qualche vecchia “lira” italiana (compresa una banconota da 1.000 lire come bonus per il FTF) ..... buona caccia!

(ENG) TB HOTEL “At the Gates of Rome”

This cache is placed in a strategic place, taking into account the great flow of tourists that drive along the nearby A1 motorway all year round heading Rome. It’s a plastic case, big enough to host a good amount of GCs and TBs. After all the main purpose of the cache is indeed this... exchange and moving of trackables. Please make sure the container is well closed after your visit...

The location itself is not that much, but it’s within a few kilometers from the “Roma Nord” motorway toll and at walking distance from some local hotels which are usually full of tourists and pilgrims visiting the Eternal Town. Being in an industrial area, the best moments for a quiet hunting are the weekends and the evening hours. It is also very close to a couple of interesting archaeological sites (Lucus Feroniae and the Villa dei Volusii, the latter inside the area of the A1 fuel station “Feronia Ovest”, direction Rome).

What the FTF will find in the cache: logbook, a pen, a TB, a GC (as a starter...), some items for trade, varoius old italian “lira” coins, plus a 1.000 lire note as a bonus for the FTF... happy hunting!
