This cemetery is just of SR9 in southern Shelby County on E. Vandalia Road. The upkeep on the cemetery seems to be pretty good and the find isn't too difficult either unless the coords. are off a little, maybe we will leave a hunt just for that reason?
We live less than 4 miles away from here and never knew this one existed. We jumped in the car and headed over to check it out and knew we had to leave a cache even though we had only small ones on hand. I like to read names on headstones to see some of the unique ones. The one that jumped out at me in here was Bones! If that isn't ironic i'll eat my hat.. Anyway, you are looking for a small bison tube silver in color and only containing a log so BYOP. The small nail in the container is to assist in removal of the log since it isn't an ammo can that most people seem to prefer. Stop in and visit and sign the log and check out several more we have covered the area with and make sure to log any suggestions or coord. improvements. Parking is available right in front of the cemetery just off of the road. Absolutely NO caching between dusk and dawn!!
We have been coming across several poorly maintained caches ourselves lately so we ask you to please let us know if there is any problem with this on. Also please make sure you log others appropriately if they need maintenance so we all can keep on capturing those smileys :-)
