Gårdar & Hus i Lerums kommun är en serie cacher som visar olika gårdar, hus och byggnader i Lerum som har någon typ av historia att berätta. Eftersom alla hus är bebodda eller flitigt använda är det nödvändigt att försöka ta cacherna obemärkt.

Gårdar & Hus i Lerums kommun is a series of cache that shows various farms, houses and buildings in Lerum that have some kind of story to tell. Since each house is occupied or frequently used, it is necessary to be stealth.

Öijared äldsta historia går tillbaka till kung Stenkils tid, omkring 1065, och ägdes då av familjen Pik och kallades då Pikenborg. Första gången Öijared syns i texter är 1423 då gården ägdes av släkten Ulfsparre. Därefter har gården ägts av släkterna Tham, Adelsköld och sedan 1985 av nuvarande ägarfamilj. Här finns också ett litet vackert kapell. På en stor del av markerna bedrivs skogsbruk och här finns även en av SVeriges bästa golfbanor.

Öijared dates back to the time of King Stenkil, around 1065, and was then owned by the Pik family and was called Pikenborg. The first time the name Öijared is known is in 1423 when the farm was owned by the family Ulfsparre. Thereafter, the farm has been owned by families Tham, Adelsköld and since 1985 the current family. There is also a nice little chapel. Much of the land is used for forestry and there is also one of Sweden's best golf courses.
