Short walk from Cherry Lane on a grass covered road with tree canopy overhead. Flat road, easy walk (could encounter mosquitos at some times of the year)
DO NOT Park on the grassy road, it is a fire department access road. Park on the little side rd across from the cache. Follow the small grass covered road (better to walk down & enjoy the woods), this is the main access to Etter Lake for the public. Etter lake is a short distance from there if you want to look at it. This lake is a favorite place for our kids to catch frogs & tadpoles in the Spring before the algae takes over.
