situated outside a lovely wee cemetry overlooked by Braemar Castle. Please replace where found. On black struts!
Every year on the 1st Saturday in September Braemar invites people from all over the world "to come over the hills" to attend the Braemar Gathering and Highland Games. The royal family usually attend as they come up to their scottish residence Balmoral Castle for their summer holidays. The games have the usual tossing the caber, highland dancers and pipe bands.
