Barlby and Osgodby Walk
2nd in a series of 10 caches walking around the villages of Barlby and Osgodby just north of Selby. . caches.
Barlby and Osgodby are small villages situated just off the A19. The walk is approximately 3 miles following both public footpaths and local paths, however the walk does cross the A19 so care is needed with children. The walk will show you the range of scenery in the area including the river, Barlby Woodlands and Meadows and Barlby Ponds. Barlby has 2 Pubs and a Chippy which you pass on the walk and a village shop just off the walk. You will also pass a garden centre with a cafe so there are plenty of places to stop for a drink or a bite to eat.
