Should be a quick C&D along 11/15 S. Cache contains log and pencil, but unfortunately no room for Travel Bugs. It is accessible from 11/15 N however you may have to turn around. For those shorter cachers...you may need something or someone with some reach. Thanks to the finders that have shared what they were doing on 9/11/01.
This cache is so named because a family of Bald Eagles has taken up a nest in the trees on top of the hill on the South bound side. Many folks stop in the area to take photos so you may want to bring your camera along and get a picture of our National symbol in action. This cache is placed in reverence for those lost ten years ago, let us never forget 9/11/01. Please share with us what you were doing when you heard the news on 9/11/01. Thank you.
P.S. A special thanks to my carpooling partner for stopping so I could place the cache. I'm trying to bring him over to the cacher side of things.
