Geocache Description:

Indiana Dunes Expedition Discovery Cache #1

Welcome to the Indiana Dunes State Park. This cache is one of a
three part series of caches along different park routes in the
Indiana Dunes State Park. Each cache is within a set distance and
should be easy for the quick grab and longer distance hike.


One aspect of the series is the proximity to the park's
earthcaches. Each cache should be an easy pickup near or on the way
to an earthcache.

The cache is located at Indiana Dunes State Park, the 2nd highest
visited state park in Indiana. Indiana Dunes is a treasure trove of
unique natural and cultural resources found no where else. Visitors
will need to pay the standard entrance gate fees of $5 in state
residents, and $10 out of state residents.
