CACHE IS A SMALL MAGNETIC CONTAINER. THERE IS SOMETIMES A CAR PARKED HERE. IT BELONGS TO SOMEONE WHO COMMUTES TO WORK...NOT A MUGGLE UNLESS HE IS THERE PICKING UP THE CAR WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR GRAB. (I would suggest waiting until he leaves...he does not know about the cache)
