How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

Small box just like most of my others.
LOCKED in place so read description to figure how to be able to log this Cache, please DONT try force your way in.

This Cache will take you on a nice or not so nice walk in Raincliffe woods, depending on what day you go for it, right at the top you will find my box, to get into my box, you need to figure out a code. When you work this out, you can email me if you like before looking for it, or you can just go for it, just make sure you have a good idea of a few possible answers, but dont think to much about it, its not that complicated.

To figure out how to unlock the box, to sign the log, you have to figure out a four digit code, to do this you have to imagine the word "GEO" in a number form.
This will be the code for a 4 digit padlock, inputting it from top to bottom, Please once you have unlocked it, remember how you took it off, and place it back how it was, with the correct code to lock it sealed, then change the code to something else so no one else can get it.

My Log book is kept in a money bag or something similar to keep it dry, so please put it back in once you have signed it, also tell me if its not there so I can replace it next time I go check.

I have put coordinates to park your car, I have also put coordinates for a walk through, as if you try go stright to it you will find it diifficult walking. It will take bettween 12-14 mins to walk up the hill and just 1 mins from the walk through, it also takes about 12mins on a bike, but a lot quicker to get down, it is a total of 0.9km about 1.3miles all round, the problem is the car park is about 280ft high, the Cache is about 600ft high. Please cover up your Geotrails and the Cache afterwards.

This Cache will start with a Travel bug and a Geocoin, Geo key ring, a few other Geo toys, and a Cats eye.

Well done to the FTF which was thegeotwins, craigandalyson, sgtspanky and grannyjoan, who must all be quite strange to want to race up this hill at 8 at night.

I have 6 Caches in total, the 6th is a Bonuscache so write down the codes on the lid to find my final Caches where abouts. More info about this is on the Bonuscache hide, and it will be quite an easy one to find the place, but a hard one to find the Cache.
