I need your help. I have discovered directions to the fabled treasure of Whinin' Roger Casey. I am unable to locate it and am asking you to assist me in finding the treasure.
My dreams came true last year when I stumbled upon the wreck of Whinin' Roger Casey's vessel. It was a routine exploration until I detected the sunken ship on the radar. I was overjoyed, but little did I know that a far greater treasure lay sealed in a glass bottle deep in the ships hull. I've included a scan of the miraculous find:

I have searched the area for weeks and have come up with nothing. I am resorting to asking the public to assist me in my search. I have physically marked the starting point to the search and included the coordinates online.
Bring deet bug spray, there are many mosquitos and ticks in the area. Wear bright colors during hunting season. Good luck my friends.
