Geocache Description:

One of the five towers supplying the City

From this vantage point you are able to get another perspective of the City. The difficulty rating is because the houses opposite, have many eyes.
It might be a good idea to park so as to have GZ hidden by the car. The container is a 150 ml screw top bottle, with commo, and no need to scale fences.
