Bouncy Bunny likes puzzles that can be solved by logic and she likes to share these puzzles with her many caching friends. She does not like puzzles where you have to get into the owner's head in order to solve them. One should never have to guess what is needed to do in order to solve a puzzle.
Below is a logic problem that Bouncy Bunny has created all by herself. It is all about 10 of her geocaching friends. If you are able to solve it, you will be able to find where she hid her secret treasure which is a 300ml water tight container containing only a logsheet and pencil. Bouncy Bunny has chosen to use this cache container after over 6 months of testing them and determining that these are better than lock n locks and even ammo cans for keeping the contents dry. Of course if you find this cache in the rain and get the log book wet, well then the same container that would keep the contents dry, would instead contain the moisture, so keep that in mind when going to find the cache.
On Sunday 10 different geocachers had made plans to go geocaching during the week. Each cacher paired up with another cacher based on which style of geocaching they enjoyed the most, such as finding caches at night. Each pair found a different type of cache on a different day of the week.
Determine who paired up together, which type of cache they found on which weekday and the style of caching they enjoy most. Use the information and chart below to solve the logic problem.
1 - The cachers with a number in their name teamed up to find a cache on Tuesday and did not find a cache that had a physical container.
2 - The cachers who enjoy night caching, found a physcial cache sometime after Wednesday.
3 - Alantra, who enjoys power trails, did not find a multi or earthcache.
4 - Sxrxnrr enjoys lamp post hides but did not go caching with Galloping Gourmet and did not go caching on Monday or Friday.
5 - One pair of cachers who do not enjoy challenges caches or canoe caches found an unknown type cache on Thursday.
6 - Northernpenguin attended an event on Monday.
7 - Kreamer&BearsKrew who found a cache on Friday did not go caching with GPS Derek.
8 - The cachers who found a traditional cache on Wednesday do not enjoy power trails or night caches.
9 - GPS Derek did not cache with Alantra and does not like power trails.
10 - SpazW, who does not like finding caches with a canoe, found a cache the day immediately after when Galloping Gourmet did.
Once you have filled in the above chart, clicking on the chart will show you a corresponding chart containing numbers. Take all of the numbers in the 50 boxes of the correct matching answers and add all of these numbers together. This will give you a 3 digit number. Now add the 3 digit number to both the posted north and west coordinates which will give you the location of the cache.
