Geocache Description:

Easy drive by cache between the busy A303 and Amesbury. Access on the North bound side of the carriageway. Park in the nearby layby. Lots of traffic and passing muggles. No need to access river or scramble under bridge.

Lovely area, 10 miles from Salisbury and down the road from Stonhenge.
This area falls within the River Avon System Site of Scientific Interest and as such cachers should be aware that there is no need to enter the water or scramble under the bridge in order to safeguard the natural habitat.
