Choctaw Lake Cache In Trash Out Event
Boy Scout Troop 41, The A Team, The Starkville Mafia and The Tombigbee Ranger District at Choctaw Lake are sponsoring a Cache In Trash Out Event on Saturday September 17th, 2011. Come join us at the lake at 9:00 am at the posted coordinates. We will focus on picking up any trash around the lake's walking trail, camping area, swimming area and boat ramp.
This is a fee area.
We will meet at the pavilion at the swimming area. Bring your own water, work gloves & bug spray, etc...
Be prepared for briars, thorns, ticks & mosquitos, etc...
Hot dogs will be provided for the volunteers at noon. Please bring your own water or drinks, chips and cookies and you may want to bring extras to share.
