A real slice of Osaka surrounds this small cache. Enjoy!

This is the third in the Hankyu Rail Series. On the Hankyu Kobe line, take the west exit out of the station that looks like its kanji name begins with a ‘plus’ sign. This station area is fun to walk around, especially at night. There are absolutley no pretences to be anything else than what it is, which is refreshing and a throwback a few decades. Go to the coordinates and take a pen. Once you are at the coordinates, you will be facing a bicycle parking lot called 'F Block' (In katakana). Inside the parking lot are 6 green metal panels. On the right side reach behind the middle panel at shoulder height. The cache is held in place with magnets. Once retrieved and logged, go a couple short blocks east to the covered arcade and find the egg lady. She is about 90 and sells only eggs, including some
exotic ones, and doesn't mind having her picture taken. Enjoy the arcade and station area. Recommended is the kaiten sushi about 10 meters outside the ticket wicket! Enjoy.
