Geocache Description:

This is part of a local series we have set up. We came across a similar series in the Lake District created by ‘The Smileys’ which we really enjoyed completing, and thought we would recreate a similar series in Derbyshire.

The cache is located on the outskirts of Newton Solney, a small and picturesque village, situated 2 miles North East of Burton upon Trent. Newton Solney has won the ‘Best Kept Village’ in Derbyshire on a number of occasions.

This could be done as a cache and dash, or linked in with others in the area. The cache is a small pot with room for small swaps and trackables. Please watch both Geokids and Geomutts. There is a large grass verge, but the road can be busy. Watch out for muggles!
