chjbundr: After prokudin posted the note about the condition of the cache, I prepared a new container with the intent of replacing it. Alexei and Tanya were gracious enough to recover the items and return them to me, and I thank them for that. When I returned to GZ to replace the cache, I surveyed the area and decided that while this run had been good and trouble free until now, the cut down shrubbery nearby had removed some of the cover for cachers. In addition, the namesake "flower" that got this cache its name is now gone also, and the maggot-infested deer carcass nearby did not endear me to this spot anymore. Alas, I am going to move on and place some caches elsewhere. I have a couple containers locked and loaded, just need to find locations.
