Geocache Description:

Murmungee Reserve is a small reserve well worth the visit for the fabulous views of the surrounding district.

We have long considered placing a cache at this location due to the stunning views. The cache is an ammo tin hidden in an obscure part of the site, hopefully you will take the time to enjoy the views from different aspects of this location. Photobucket DIRECTIONS: To access this area we took Newey Road, turned left into Diffey Road then straight up Zig Zag Road. The road becomes a little more obscure as you drive along but continue straight ahead. This is accessible by 4WD vehicles (or any hire car or company car.....NO DON'T!) or can be walked. We would appreciate time frames of the hike to GZ from anyone who accesses the cache by this means so we can post a reference time for future finders. The terrain rating has been increased for those who choose to hike.
