Not your typical rest stop park, hunt, grab in that there is a bit of a hike involved!
But don't let that keep you from looking, there is a nice little path all the way down to the cache location.
This cache is accessible from the I-71 Rest Stop parking lot only.
Now although this is not an ARF! 1000 finds ammo box, it is an ammo box, and I was motivated to put out another ammo box hide after finding an ARF cache as #3000 yesterday.
I have put out some prizes for anyone who may have recently met a personal milestone caching to reward you for your efforts, should be enough there for the first 15 people or so.
Now be warned, when I went to get the coordinates my GPS was dead so I had to fall back onto my "gulp" Droid, I let it average through 75 measurements, and given it's size I'm confident this will put you pretty darn close.
