Along a route to aira force in a nice little clearing, perfect for a lunch stop along the way(please leave the area as you found it), pretty much flat in the clearing however the route to get to it is very trickey, uphill and steep if this route is attempted with young children keep an eye on them. Not to hard a cache to find if you look in the right place.
Start at the watermillock church public foot path sign posted aira force and follow the paths or start from the quiet site campsite (a map from the quiet site of the route- (visit link)
Roughly an 8 mile round trip to aira force and back. a lovley walk though some is quite steep as you go up one of the fells part way. beautiful scenery well worth it even just for the photography side feel free to attacth some of your pictures to the listing.
A small sandwhich box containing,
A travel bug
a small glass marble
a dinosour egg
a 20 cent coin
and a few other bits
please do not remove the log book the pencil and the sharpener.
NOTE: Please include in your lising anything you think i should know about the cache the area or the hiding place as i live quite far away if anything is wrong i can go and sort it out but can not make regular journeys to check on the cache thank you.
