Geocache Description:


I have found that many geo-cachers when creating multi-caches make them into puzzles at the same time. I disagree with this practice so this multi-cache hide is straight forward, there is no puzzle or guess-work involved. Thats not to say I'm going to make it easy for you though.

First go to the listed start location, N45 26.523 W73 40.297

Across the street you will see a building with a number of cross and circle ornaments on top. To see them all you will need to walk around a bit and examine the building carefully. Count the number of cross ornaments and the number of circle ornaments then multiply those two numbers together and add 5 to get the 2-digit number XY.

Now go to N45 26.410 W073 40.XY7. On the front of this building there is a plaque indicating the year it was founded. Subtract 1029 from that to get the 3-digit number ABC.

Next go to N45 26.548 W073 40.ABC. Here the year the building was founded is engraved on the front, and we'll call that IJKL.

Go to N45 25.JJJ W073 4I.LK5. This is the building you want but you cannot immediately see what it is you need. Walk around that building to find a sign saying "Office". On that sign is a 2-digit number. Add 10 to that number to get ZZ.

Now you can find the cache:
Simply go to N45 26.5ZZ W073 40.253
