Geocache Description:

The Tawa shared pathway is a shared pathway that will give cyclists and pedestrians a safe dedicated route through Tawa. Currently under construction, when finished it will be 5 kilometre in length and have cost $3.5 million. The path way is 3m wide and has no grades higher than 1:20

This is the second cache in the Tawa shared pathway cache series. This cache brings you onto the Tawa shared pathway section that runs adjacent to the railway line. This section of the path has been achieved through co-operation between Kiwi rail and the Wellington City council.

This section of the pathway is roughly 600m long

The cache is a camo 1 litre sistema that is well hidden...there is plenty of room for trackables and other items
