You can park on Titore Way and walk down to this seat. Take your camera, there is a beautiful photo opportunity at the seat.
Most people will probably walk to this seat though. There are a number of ways to get to it. From Russell you can park at the boat ramp end of the beach and walk around the rocks to the next beach where the DOC walkway takes you around the point and up to Titore Way. Carry on up to Flagstaff and find the cache there. (See link). http://www.doc.govt.nz/parks-and-recreation/tracks-and-walks/northland/bay-of-islands/flagstaff-hill-track/ If you start at Flagstaff walk down the track to Titore Way, not the one to Russell.
