TTT stands for Team Twitter Trail. The trail came into being after a discussion between local geocachers over Twitter. The Team Twitter Trail is a trail of caches around the Peterborough Green Wheel cycle network. Caches are placed at regular intervals along 50 miles of cycleways, footpaths and bridleways that circle the city of Peterborough and surrounding villages. Each section of the trail has been placed by a different member of the team and reflects their own hiding styles.
This cache is named after this bridge where John Clare, the "Peasant Poet", used to go to court Mary Joyce, a local girl he met and fell in love with while attending school in Glinton at the turn of the 19th century. The pair never married and she died a spinster, and is buried in St Benedict's Church in Glinton.
You are looking for a nano. Please bring your own pen.
Please do not try to remove the loose stonework on the bridge. It's not hidden there! And mind the nettles!
